We Listen Without Judgment
I believe healthy relationships with others and ourselves are foundational to better mental health. Deciding to seek therapy can be a daunting but positive step toward wellness. While I cannot promise specific behavioral or circumstantial changes, I promise to support you, understand your repeating patterns, and help clarify your goals. I work to create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental environment. My approach is client-centered and holistic, tailoring tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Forgiveness Therapy, Grief and Loss, Hope-Focused Couples Counseling, and The Gottman Approach to meet your specific needs. Additionally, for clients who desire it, I incorporate the Bible and prayer into sessions, discussing how religious and spiritual beliefs impact their lives.
